How to delete your account
Accounts on this platform are created and managed by your school administration. To have an account deleted, please reach out to the school that registered you and provide them with your username. The school will know how to proceed according to its policies and record keeping practices.
What to provide
When contacting your school, include your username and any other identifying details they may need (for example, your full name or student ID) so they can locate and delete the correct account.
Why the school handles deletions
Schools maintain the authoritative records for accounts they create and must follow internal policies and applicable laws when removing accounts or related records. Our system relies on the registering school to perform deletions in accordance with those procedures.
